College Board Forum 2020 will be virtual. In light of continued concern about travel and gatherings due to the spread of the coronavirus, we have made the decision not to hold College Board Forum in Las Vegas this fall. We made this decision with the health and safety of our members, students, attendees, and staff as our top priority. Events like Forum, which are designed for large groups of people to gather over multiple days for constant interaction and networking, aren’t safe right now. We look forward to seeing you at the virtual Forum 2020, which will still be held on October 26–28.
The goals of Forum are central to the mission of the College Board and our work to support students from all backgrounds. Although we will miss hosting an in-person event, we are working to create an experience that incorporates many significant elements of the in-person Forum. The programming will include plenary sessions, colloquia on critical topics, concurrent sessions, the Forum college fair, and networking opportunities. We will also hold our national and regional governance meetings, including the Annual Meeting of Members, during the virtual Forum 2020. Members will receive information on how they can participate and vote this fall.
We appreciate your patience as we address this transition from an in-person Forum to a virtual one. We will continue to post updates about programming and registration to the Forum website.
